Silver View Update – Things are progressing along well with Silver View’s move to the Oregon Depot. A friend of the Silver View grabbed a picture of it sitting on the interchange track in north central Iowa where it is currently stored. All the necessary inspections to move the car by rail have been completed and the paperwork filed with the railroad. The final details are being completed with the two railroads that will move the car. We will post updates on the movement as soon as we get them, but we are hoping to have the Silver View headed to home rails in the near future.
